Material:
120 gr butter
½ teaspoon vanilla
250 gr sugar
2 eggs
125 gr flour
25 gr cornstarch
50 g cocoa powder
1 tsp BP
150 ml fresh milk + 2 tbsp Ovaltine
chocolate chips to taste
Method:
- Beat butter, sugar, vanilla until fluffy and pale, enter the egg, beat again until well blended and fluffy.
- Enter the flour, cornstarch, cocoa powder and milk alternately Ovaltine, while stirringuntil blended.
- The oven until done (lk. 30 minutes for round pans gating 20cm)
- Remove and let cool. Cut into pieces.
